Our Process
Here are the required documents we’ll collect from you when you’re ready to apply for a home.
Resident Identification
We’ll need your government-issued ID, which includes your name and date of birth.
Consumer Credit Report
Employment Information
An employment letter may be requested to verify where you work and how much you earn. You will also need to provide copies of prior pay stubs.
Pet Information
Landlord References
We’ll request contact information for your previous landlords to verify your rental history. This includes addresses, phone numbers, and the length of your tenancy at each property.

At LSK Property Management, we work hard to make sure you have a positive and pleasant rental experience while in one of our properties. We want you to love where you live, and we’re here to help you create your ideal living space. Your online portal holds most of the information you need, including a space for online rental payments and a convenient page for requesting routine maintenance. If you have any questions at all or need our support don’t hesitate to get in touch.
Can I schedule a showing?
Yes. In fact, we strongly recommend you see a property in person before renting it. Schedule a showing online, or contact us to see the property or properties you’d like to view.
Do you allow pets?
Well-behaved, healthy pets are allowed in most of our rental homes. We will share our pet policy with you and make sure you and your furry friend feel welcome in your new home.
What are your rental requirements?
We look for a positive rental history, an acceptable credit and financial history, and enough income to cover on-time payments every month. If you’re a student renting a home, a guarantor is required.
Can I pay rent online?
Yes. We make rental payments secure and convenient by providing an online payment portal, where you can make a payment, schedule payments, and save bank or card information.
What if something breaks or I need help?
If there’s a maintenance emergency, we ask you to contact your property manager by phone right away. For routine repairs, you can make a request online, through your portal, and we’ll respond with next steps.
