We are residential property specialists, specializing in student and single/multi family rentals. We can guarantee better service than any other local manager while also having lower management fee. Our role is to help streamline the entire process of renting your property. We expertly screen tenants, apply various marketing strategies to reduce vacancy periods, and prepare the property for rent. This means less time spent on dealing with your rental, and more peace of mind for you.
We perform a full background check, which includes a credit, income verification, employment and rental history check for falsehoods, previous evictions, or a history of late payments. We understand that many student renter's may not have some of these requirements, or it may be their first time renting, which is why we require a guarantor for ALL student rentals.
As per industry standards, the landlord is generally responsible for any maintenance or repair costs. We source the local handymen and contractors to ensure we can solve all repair requests promptly and at the best price, and invoice you at a later date.
