We consider this the key to successful property management! We use a stringent screening process in the selection of all of our tenants. All applicants must have no criminal background, rent must be a maximum of 30-40% of gross income, and good standing rental history. For ALL student rentals, we require a guarantor to the signer.

Yes, if you have a preferred vendor you would like to use, you can do so. You will need to provide us with their contact information ahead of time, so issues can eb dealt with promptly.
As per industry standards, the landlord is generally responsible for any maintenance or repair costs. We source the local vendors and contractors to ensure we can solve all repair requests promptly and at the best price, and invoice you at a later date.
